📦 Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within the United States only from our location in Destin, Florida.
International shipping will be available in the near future.
⏱️ Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase.
We ship Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and holidays).
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.
🚀 Delivery Time
We use trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Please note: delivery times may vary during holidays or sales events.
💰 Shipping Rates
We offer multiple shipping options:
Calculated shipping – rates are shown at checkout based on your location and weight.
Flat-rate shipping – available for select orders.
Free delivery on orders over $40 (before tax and discounts).
📬 PO Boxes & Military Addresses
We do ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses using USPS.
Some large or heavy items may require a physical address for delivery.
⚠️ Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please:
Contact our support team within 24–72 hours of the delivery update.
Provide your order number and tracking details.
We’ll help file a carrier claim and may offer a replacement or refund if confirmed lost.
