At Herdise, we want you to love every piece you buy. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

💎 Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days after the item has been delivered.
Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached.
Sale items and worn products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

🔁 Exchanges & Refunds
You can request a full refund, store credit, or exchange if the wrong item was received.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is inspected and approved.
A restocking fee may apply and will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

📦 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If we provide a return label in certain cases, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

Your order number
Photos of the item and packaging
We’ll respond quickly to help with a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Visit https://herdise.com/contact to start your return request.
Provide your order number and reason for return (with photos if applicable).
You’ll receive return instructions once your request is approved.
Ship your item within 2–3 days after it’s marked as delivered to remain eligible.
Once received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund, exchange, or credit.
